Solution

Audit of previous website, development and management of new CMS website to support sales activities. Design and implementation of a referencing strategy for targeted positioning of the institution's services and products among prospective web users. In addition, a ChatBot, or conversational agent, was developed for UNACOOPEC and launched on social networks to exchange with customers and prospects and respond to their concerns.
